Order Processing: All orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery, and as a result, no modifications to the order can be made once it's placed.

How to Return:

  1. To initiate a return, refer to your Order Confirmation Email and click the "View Order Summary" button.

  2. On the "Order Summary" page, click the link to "Return or Replace Items."

  3. Complete the Return Form. Once submitted, the form will be emailed to the address associated with your order.

  4. Include a copy of the Return Form with the merchandise when shipping it back.

  5. If you can't find your Order Confirmation Email, please visit our Order Lookup Information Page.

Return Details:

  • You will receive a refund for the full value of the returned item(s) unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Credit for the returned item(s) will be applied to the original payment method within 10-15 days after we receive the merchandise.

  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

  • Only purchases made directly from HubCity.shop qualify for returns. For purchases made elsewhere, contact the authorized seller.
